Credit Cards Installment Payment Plan (zero interest) Terms & Conditions:

Installment Payment Plan is a service which allows our customers to convert credit card purchases using Emirates NBD Credit Cards into installments with zero interest based on the tenor that the bank agreed upon with the merchants.

Normal purchase transactions through the merchant over the POS
The credit cardholder has to request zero interest installments from ENBD call center after processing the transaction
The credit cardholder must submit the request before the end of the transaction grace period
The minimum transaction amount is EGP500
The installment tenor is determined based on the deal between the bank and the merchant.
There are no maximum number of enrollments in Installment Payment Plan service as long as they are within the card’s credit limit
The first installment is due on the next month of enrollment. Example: if the customer applied for Installment Payment Plan in March the first installment will be due in April
The installment is posted as part of the amount due, which is the installment/s plus the minimum amount due out of total non-enrolled balance in Installment Payment Plan-if any
EPP 0% cannot be combined with any other offer
The Bank is entitled to amend the present terms and conditions from time to time and shall notify with the amendment through any mean of communication considered adequate. The introduced amendments to these conditions are an integral part of them without a written approval from the customer
Credit Cardholder must ask the merchant for EPP 0% before executing the transaction
All EPP 0% requests are subject to merchants’ approval
In case the client missed two consecutive installments, the plan will be cancelled automatically
Some service providers apply a one-time processing fee that will be charged to the credit cardholders based on each tenor installment plan from the total value of the purchase transaction to be paid with the first instalment payment

0% Easy Payment Plan program with processing fees

Features and benefits:

This program allows our customers to convert credit card purchases made with Emirates NBD Credit Cards into installment plans at zero interest, with processing fees calculated in accordance with the bank approved payment tenor and these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

The program allows Emirates NBD credit cardholders to purchase goods and services using the available credit limit, and to repay the outstanding amounts over equal monthly installments with a 0% interest rate and with applying processing fees, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Credit cardholders must request the 0% EPP with processing fees from the Emirates NBD call center after completing the transaction through any merchant worldwide before the end of the transaction grace period by (57) days.
The minimum installment amount for the transaction is EGP 500, and the maximum amount is 70% of the card’s available credit limit.
The processing fees is determined based on the selected tenor, as outlined below.
This program is eligible for primary and supplementary cards, and the same terms and conditions apply to supplementary cards.
local and international purchase transactions are eligible, whether online or through points of sale, excluding only cash withdrawal transactions.
If the cardholder requests to settle the due amounts before the end of the installment period, the cardholder is required to pay the unpaid original amount, noting that the calculated processing fees will not be refunded.
If the cardholder requests to settle the amounts due before the end of the installment period, the cardholder shall contact the Call center to request an early settlement.
Eligible transactions must be reflected on the credit card and not refunded or returned.
In the event of card closure, the full amount due under the “Easy Installment Program without Interest & with processing fees” becomes immediately payable by the cardholder including the processing fees, and the bank has the right to demand immediate payment.
Corporate credit cards are not eligible.
The installment is posted as part of the minimum due amount, which is the installment/s plus the minimum amount due out of total non-enrolled balance in the Installment Payment Plan (if any).
The first installment is due on the next month of enrollment. Example: if the customer applied for Installment Payment Plan in January the first installment will be due in February.
This service will not be available if the credit card is delinquent and/or suspended.
In case the client missed two consecutive installments, the plan will be cancelled automatically.
