Updating your information is simple, all you need to do is to follow the below steps:

Download the Customer Data Update Form
Download the FATCA form in case of non-residence customers
Fill in the required data
Sign in the client’s signature field
Submit the form and the required documents to Emirates NBD branches during the official working hours

Which documents do you need to provide?

When updating your information, please include copies of the following documents:

Valid national ID for Egyptians or valid passport for foreigners
Letter from your Human Resources department
Recent utility bill, either electricity or water, and permanent address for foreigners
For companies, recent commercial register
