Emirates NBD Credit Cardholders can pay for school or university tuition fees in addition to stationery and school supplies over a 6 month installment plan at zero interest or claim 5% cashback.

EPP 0% offer T&Cs:

Offer is valid from the 1^st of January till the 31^st of January 2025
Emirates NBD Credit Cardholders can convert their school or university tuition fees and stationery transactions to 0% interest installments over 6 months or receive 5% cashback
School or university tuition fee transactions paid domestically or internationally using Emirates NBD Credit Card either through point of sale (POS) or online (E-commerce) will be eligible for the offer
Minimum amount to enroll the transaction in the installment plan is EGP 500
Minimum transaction amount to claim the cashback offer is EGP 10,000

Cashback will be capped based on the card type according to the table below:

To enjoy the offer, EPP 0% or cashback request must be submitted through bank customer service center “Call Center” during the campaign’s period
The transaction must be reflected on merchant categories related to education to be eligible for the offer. If not, the bank has the right to request a related invoice or decline the transaction
EPP 0% will be booked within three business days from the submission date subject that the transaction is settled
Corporate and Visa credit cards are excluded from the offer
Any claim to the offer after the 4^th of February 2025 will not be accepted
The client is not eligible to both install the transaction and claim the 5% cashback offer at the same time
Cashback transactions related to the offer will be credited to the clients’ accounts within the first 10 working days of February
Reversed/Declined/Commercial/Cash transactions will not be calculated
The installment is posted as part of the due amount, which is the installment/s plus the minimum amount due out of total non-enrolled balance in the Installment Payment Plan, if any.
The first installment is due on the next month of enrollment. Example: if the customer applied for Installment Payment Plan in January the first installment will be due in February
This service will not be available if the credit card is delinquent and/or suspended
In case the client missed two consecutive installments, the plan will be cancelled automatically
Last date to receive any complaints pertaining to this campaign is the 23^rd of February 2025
