Minimum transaction amount: EGP 500
Emirates NBD Credit Card holders can pay for their purchases from a list of pre-defined merchants enrolling in this campaign and enjoy installment plan of up to 12 months without interest & processing fees, provided that the transaction is made through Fawry POS machines or online based on availed offer for each merchant
To enjoy the offer, customers must select the installment option and specify the repayment tenor at the time of payment
The installments requests cannot be submitted through Emirates NBD Call Center
Approved installment plans will be processed within three business days after the transaction is settled
Reversed/Declined/Commercial/Cash transactions will not be eligible
The installment amount will be included in the total amount due monthly, in addition to any other outstanding amounts that are not included in the installment plan (if any)
The first installment is due in the following month after enrollment. For example, if a customer applied for Installment Payment Plan in February, the first installment will be due in March
This service is not available on credit cards in case there are arrears on the credit card and/or the credit card is suspended
If the client misses two consecutive installments, the plan will be automatically cancelled

The deadline for submitting any complaints pertaining to this campaign is 23^rd of April 2025
