Digital Transfers

Use your finger print to login to the mobile banking app or use your credentials to login through your online banking
Select "Transfers" tab on the login page
Select the type of transfer you would like to initiate
Select the account you want to transfer from, then click on "NEXT"
Choose the beneficiary you would like to transfer to, then click on "NEXT"
Enter the transfer details (Amount, Purpose of transaction)
Enter your One Time Password using Emirates NBD Soft token App
The transfer request is done successfully without any charges

NB: Before conducting any transfer with any amount you have to "Add Beneficiary" from the sub-menu "Beneficiaries" under Transfers tab
