Cash without a card!

Now, you can withdraw cash from the ATMs without having your card through IPN service, by following the below simple steps:

Select “Cardless Menu” from the ATM home screen
Choose your preferred language
Choose InstaPay service
Enter your registered mobile number on InstaPay & press confirm
Create an OTP from InstaPay application by following the below steps:
- Choose “ATM Withdrawal” from home screen
- Select the account you want to withdraw from
- Choose to generate One Time Password “OTP”
- Enter the IPNPIN to create an OTP
Enter the OTP on the ATM
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your account on the ATM
A confirmation message will appear on the InstaPay application
