In cooperation with 'Misr El Kheir' during the holy month of Ramadan: Emirates NBD Egypt distributes Ramadan boxes to the families in need Minya and Assiut governates

Cairo, Egypt, 5^th of April 2023: Emirates NBD Egypt announced its cooperation with 'Misr El Kheir' Foundation to distribute Ramadan boxes to the families in need in the governorates of Minya and Assiut to provide them with their basic nutritional needs throughout the holy month.

Amgad Doma- Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer at Emirates NBD Egypt, said: "This initiative comes within the framework of the bank's social responsibility and its constant efforts to participate in providing various aspects of support to the families in need. This year, the initiative to distribute Ramadan boxes in cooperation with 'Misr El Kheir' aims to reach the basic food needs of these families in Upper Egypt, specifically Minya and Assiut.

Emirates NBD Egypt's social responsibility supports Egypt's Vision 2030, as it primarily focuses on empowering youth and women, financial inclusion, and volunteer work as one of its key goals.

It is worth noting that Emirates NBD Egypt had cooperated with the Orman Association during the month of Ramadan in the past to distribute Ramadan boxes to over 3,300 poor families in Upper Egypt to cater to their nutritional needs.
