    Yes, you can access businessONLINE via your mobile device. The businessONLINE app is available for download from the AppStore and Google Play Store, for free. Just open AppStore or Play Store and search for "businessONLINE – Take Control", you will see the app with Emirates NBD Bank logo.

    In case you have forgotten your password, there is a very simple process to create a new password for yourself. On the login page, click on the 'forgot password'. All you need to do is enter your Subscriber ID, User ID and Generate OTP. This is done to validate your details. After this you can create a new password.

    OTP has been introduced as an additional security feature by Emirates NBD Bank safe' to protect your account from online frauds. It is a security system that protects you whenever a change in your login OTP is a unique six-digit sent to your mobile number registered with Emirates NBD Bank. The OTP will be sent to you on your first login and password resting. OTP is confidential and should not be shared with anyone, even if the person claims to be an Emirates NBD Bank’s official representative. Please ensure that your mobile number is updated with us to be able to transact online.

    User ID is an alphanumeric field with minimum 3 characters and Maximum 32 characters is accepted, entered by the corporate themselves at the time of requesting for businessONLINE. The same is known to the user / corporate only.

    No, you will not be able to change your User ID, however, you may request for the existing User ID to be deleted and can request for a new User ID to be created (as required).

    With businessONLINE, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days week.

    Upon creation of profile an email notification will be sent to the contact person of the company.

    Any corporate who has banking relationship with ENBD Bank and having current account with us can use businessONLINE.

    • Please don't use obvious passwords which are easy for people to guess (like name of spouse, date of birth, alpha or number in sequence etc.).
    • Please don't disclose your password to anyone, including staff of Emirates NBD Bank.
    • Please change your password at regular intervals (at least once a month), more so if you have accessed Business Online from a shared PC or a cyber-café.

    We request you to call us at our Client Service and check if your registered mobile number is correct. If the registered mobile number is incorrect, please visit your nearest ENBD Bank Branch and submit the businessONLINE user maintenance form.

    You should enter the latest OTP received on your mobile number.

    You will not be able to access your Business Online.

    No. OTP is a dynamic password and is valid for the current event only.

    You have only one password for businessONLINE i.e. Login password. The login password, as the name suggests is required to login to your businessONLINE profile.

    Please contact your System Administrator. In case of any difficulties, please reach out to your Relationship Manager or Client Service team.

    User should check for invalid login credentials - if the user's password is incorrect or account is locked.

    For incorrect password, please input the correct login password. If you are unable to remember the same, please reset your password. On the login page, there is a link for forgot password. You need to click on that page and create a new password. All you need to do is enter your Subscriber ID, User ID and Generate OTP. This is done to validate your details. After this you can create a new password.

    This user would be able to view the account balance & download the account statement for which the corporate has given him access to (and not necessarily all the accounts).

    There is no such upper limit. It entirely depends on client's requirement.

    No, it's not mandatory to have multiple users. If only one user should be allowed to login businessONLINE then there will be no workflow rule set up and that user can independently access the accounts and make transactions and place service rest on his own without any approval.

    Yes, there is an expiry period of login password as per bank’s policy (i.e. 90 Days). However, OTP is valid only for 60 seconds.

    You can access your Current Account, Deposit Account, Loan Account and Credit Card from the Online Banking Service. Our Online Banking Product is intended to give you as much access, security and versatility as possible.

    Yes, you will have 24/7 access to your Banking transaction and will be capable of downloading your Bank statement as per your selected period (Up to 180 days).

    You can download the transaction history in PDF, Excel and Comma Separate Values (CSV) & MT940 swift message.

    If you have subscribed for a businessONLINE package which permits Local and International transfers, you will be able to make payments to other banks.

    No, businessONLINE provides you with the flexibility to access your online profile at anytime from anywhere around the world. All you would need is your login credentials, a Soft Token application and access to the internet.

    The default daily transaction limit is EGP 149,000,000. However, you can request the bank to change the pre-set daily limits.

    By default, there are no limits setup. However, if required, businessONLINE provides you with the flexibility to place three types of limits -

    • User level limits for Maker Authorizers – Place a transaction limit for Users who have "Maker and Authorizer" access.
    • Workflow limits – Setup limits as per your company's payment mandate.
    • Daily transaction limit – Place a limit for the maximum payment value which can be released by your company online, per-day.

    A user can cancel the transaction from his / her queue if the user having the access of it and it will follow the workflow matrix as updated in channel. User can view the transaction in the transaction Inquiries under “Payment Type” field as “Cancel Transaction”.

    The transaction status is updated on the channel. The status of the processed transaction will be "Processed by Bank". Also, the same can be checked in your account statement.

    The statements are available for 7 years.

    businessONLINE will have transactional data for a year.

    User can register a beneficiary from Initiate option as "Add Beneficiary" and can also register multiple beneficiary through "Beneficiary Upload" option.

    You can provide date range in the range of 180 days.

    • You need to navigate on the relevant product for transaction processing through file upload.
    • Select the relevant template name from drop down and click on "Template Details".
    • You will get all the relevant details (i.e. Field Name, Data Type, Field length, Required, Sequence, description etc.). You can download the template and fill the requisite details as mentioned in template.

    Currently, the MT940 statements are available. ( first you need to register under MT 940 to get the statement on MT940 format , on business online through account service tab (generic service request) , click on account and download the MT940 )

    User will get the notification upon rejection of transaction by subsequent approver.

    Authorizer need to go to "Payments" tab and click on Pending Activities.
