Get 5% cash back when you use your credit card in international purchase transactions

Terms and conditions:

• The Offer is valid from the 15^th of July 2024 till the 15^th of September 2024 on credit cards
• Clients can enjoy cashback on total international purchase transactions during the campaign’s period
• Cashback capping and minimum spend is based on each card type as per the table below:

• The Offer is valid on total international purchase transactions including purchases through the “point of sale” machines and e-commerce (inside or outside Egypt) as cash withdrawal is excluded
• Any claim to the cashback offer after the 15^th of September 2024 will not be accepted
• Cashback will be credited to eligible credit cards during the month of October 2024
• If the customer didn’t receive the cashback, he/she can reach out through the bank’s call center to submit a request. The case will be investigated within 2 working days and cashback will be credited if deemed valid. The last day to receive cashback requests is 31^st of October 2024
• Reversed, declined, cash and domestic transactions will not be included in the cashback calculation
• Transactions executed for business purposes using personal cards will be considered as a misuse and won’t be counted among the purchase transactions which has been done during the campaign period
• Standard/Standard FCB/Visa Classic/Visa Gold and Corporate cards are excluded
• Only Mastercard Cardholders will be eligible to the campaign cashback
• Customers can enjoy the cashback offer once in case they have more than one credit card
• Client should enter his/her registered mobile number in the tailored field exists in a subscription link that will be sent to his/her mobile number or subscribe through the call center. Otherwise, the client will not be eligible to cashback
