Terms & Conditions:
- The offer is valid on Mastercard credit cards transactions from the January 1st 2025 to December 31st 2025
- Primary & supplementary cards transactions are eligible for the campaign
- Standard FCB / Platinum FCB / Visa Classic and Corporate cards are excluded
- Every month, one cardholder per card type will be selected and announced as a winner based on the highest number of transactions performed during the month
- For Monthly Rewards: Customers will have the opportunity to win only once
- Selected winners will be notified via SMS during the first week of the following month. Noting that cardholders must achieve the minimum transaction count per month to qualify for the monthly rewards as shown in the table below:

- The offer applies to both domestic & international purchases made through POS (Point of Sale) and e-commerce transactions. However, reversed, declined, canceled, or cash withdrawal transactions will not be calculated
- Customers must not be delinquent nor overlimit at the time of prize disbursal
- Bank has the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any card from the offers without cause, including without limitation, any fraudulent or suspicious transactions that do not comply with the campaign rules
- The Bank has the right, at its absolute discretion, at any time to amend or continue these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice to the Customer, provided that these amendments or additions are disclosed on the Bank’s official website

| Winner Announcement Process |
An SMS will be sent in “March” to notify the selected winners who had made the highest number of transactions in “February”, provided that their transactions were within the eligible categories.

| Eligible customers will receive cashback within the first week of April on transactions made in the selected merchant category.
|
Example: IF a platinum cardholder achieves the highest transaction count in February, they will receive an SMS in March to use the card at a specific Merchants in March based on Seasonality and the refund will be credited in the first week of April. and for those who won once will not win again in monthly rewards even if they achieved the highest count of transactions, however they will be still competing for the grand prize by end of year.
End of year Grand Prize
- At the end of the year, all monthly winners will compete for the grand prize, with one winner will be selected from each card type based on the highest total spending volume throughout the year.
