Dubai, December 13, 2012: In line with its 'Passion for Golf' initiative, Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, hosted several students who participated in the recent Emerging World Youth Golf program, along with their families, at the bank's VIP Chalet at this year's Omega Dubai Ladies Masters in Dubai.

The initiative is a continuation of the bank's role in sponsoring the Emerging World Youth Golf Tour, which saw 18 young golfers aged 11-18, benefit from expert coaching, and learning more about the origins and traditions of the game in St Andrews, Scotland, the historical home of the game.

Emirates NBD served as the official banking partner of the Omega Dubai Ladies Masters, for the seventh successive year. The bank also organised a series of activities to highlight its participation at the event which was held at the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai from December 2 - 8, 2012.
