Cairo, Egypt, 16th of February 2021 – In its continuing efforts to boost digital transformation and support economic ventures, Emirates NBD-Egypt presents its online trade finance portal "SmartTRADE" which allows corporate clients to manage all their trade finance requirements remotely with the click of a button.
The new trade finance portal enables corporate clients to submit all their trade finance documents and requests to complete various trade finance transactions, which include; Import LC, Import Collection, Shipping Guarantee, Export Letter of Credit, Export Collection and Outward and Inward Guarantees.
Corporate clients can now fill and submit documents in one step along with the option of real-time follow-up, allowing them to receive feedback and confirmations in record time, which ultimately contributes to overcoming obstacles that arise between the import and payment phases and manage trade cycles effectively.
The portal also includes all the online trade finance products, in addition to the availability of saving important and frequently used documents and inquiring about transaction status, all while guaranteeing transparency and the ability to digitally manage all client's supply chain requirements.
Corporate clients also benefit from discounts that fall under the export documentary collection category and export documentary credit, while receiving real-time notifications of transaction completion, and as such, pending transactions reports and other digital services. Such services offer an efficient trade finance procedure, while reducing risks and maintaining security.
