    Online banking is a service which allows you to access your bank accounts as well as allow you to carry out various transactions in a fast and secure way.

  • How do I subscribe to Emirates NBD Online Banking?
    • One call to 16664 is all you need to subscribe and use the online banking platforms. Your safety and welfare are our top priority and we are committed to meet all your banking requirements. Start banking remotely anytime from anywhere using our Digital Banking services.

    *important note: please note that you have to visit the nearest branch within 6 months starting from 20/3/2020 to sign the Digital Banking services subscription form.

  • What are the types of banking transactions that can be performed through the Online Banking Service?

    With the new Online Banking, you can enjoy several banking services including:

    • Transfer funds between various Emirates NBD accounts
    • Transfer funds to local and international bank accounts
    • Issue time deposits and certificates of deposits
    • Open a new sub-account in different currencies
    • Request to issue a cheque book
    • Perform credit cards payments
    • Paying Bills through Fawry Service
    • Redeem cards reward points
  • If I am not an Emirates NBD Customer, can I still apply for Emirates NBD Online Banking Service?

    To enjoy the Online Banking services, you have to open an Emirates NBD account or apply for a Credit Card.

  • What if I lost my Online Banking ID, Password or Security Questions?
    • Visit Emirates NBD Online Banking page using this link and select "Forgot User ID"
    • Call us on “16664” and ask the call center agent to provide you with the user ID
  • Can I update my personal information Online?

    Yes, you can modify your mailing address and/or add a new mobile number through your personal Online Banking account.

  • What Should I do if I experienced an Online act of Theft or Fraud?

    You should immediately contact Emirates NBD Call Center at 16664 if you suspect any fraud or theft acts or visit the nearest Emirates NBD branch.

For more security, certain transactions performed on the Online Banking account will be authenticated using One Time Password (OTP).

You are requested to download "ENBD Egypt Tokens" application from Google Play or App Store to be able to generate One Time Password (OTP) that will be used to complete your transaction.

  • How to Register to Emirates NBD Egypt Tokens?
    • Login to your online banking account
    • Visit ‘’Soft Token‘’ menu in My Information Tab
    • Select ‘’Soft Token Registration‘’ menu
    • Create a PIN of your choice in order to use it for generating one time password to complete your transactions
    • Registration code will be sent to your registered mobile number through SMS
  • How to Activate your Emirates NBD Egypt Tokens App?
    • Download “ENBD Egypt Tokens” Application available on Google Play & App Store
    • Open the application and enter the registration code you received
    • Enter your online banking user ID
    • Select ‘’Activate‘’ then enter the PIN you created on your online banking account
    • Congratulations! Your Token App is now active and ready for further transactions
  • How to use Emirates NBD Egypt Tokens App?

    Upon performing a transaction that requires authentication, you will be asked to enter a One Time Password to complete your transaction.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Open your Emirates NBD Tokens app
    • Select generate OTP
    • Enter your PIN code
    • One Time Password will be displayed
    • Enter the One Time Password displayed in the transaction to proceed

Note:

  • Make sure you enter a valid Token App PIN/One time Password to avoid Lockage
  • In case your Token App is locked, visit "Unlock Soft Token" menu in your online banking account In case your device that carries the Soft Token app is lost, please contact the call center on 16664 to block the Token App.
  • In case you found the lost device, contact the call center 16664 to unblock the Token
  • If you did not find the device and need to install the app on another device, please contact the call center 16664 to revoke your Token, then you will be able to re-register on another device.
  • In order to re-register, please delete the existing Token through “Delete Token” option in the application, then re-register.
