What is Emirates NBD Online Banking Service?
Online banking is a service which allows you to access your bank accounts as well as allow you to carry out various transactions in a fast and secure way.
How do I subscribe to Emirates NBD Online Banking?
Visit your nearest Emirates NBD Branch to sign the Electronic Banking Subscription form.
You will receive an Authentication Code on your mobile number, & User ID and Reference Number on your email address after signing the Electronic Banking Subscription form.
In order to complete the registration process, select "Online Banking" tab on the website to reach the login page then select “Registration”.
What are the types of banking transactions that can be performed through the Online Banking Service?
With the new Online Banking, you can enjoy several banking services including:
Initiate Internal & External transfer

If I am not an Emirates NBD Customer, can I still apply for Emirates NBD Online Banking Service?
To enjoy the Online Banking services, you have to open an Emirates NBD account or apply for a Credit Card.
What if I lost my Online Banking ID, Password or Security Questions?
Click on “Register Online / Forgot User ID or Password” tab on the website, then select the required action from the troubleshoot list. You will be requested to enter your Account Number or Credit Card Number to complete the process.
Can I update my personal information Online?
Yes, you can modify your mailing address and/or add a new mobile number through your personal Online Banking account.
What Should I do if I experienced an Online act of Theft or Fraud?
You should immediately contact Emirates NBD Call Center at 16664 if you suspect any fraud or theft acts or visit the nearest Emirates NBD branch.
For more security, certain transactions performed on the Online Banking account will be authenticated using One Time Password (OTP) instead of authentication codes sent earlier via SMS.
You are requested to download "ENBD Egypt Tokens" application from Google Play or App Store to be able to generate One Time Password (OTP) that will be used to complete your transaction.
How to Register to Emirates NBD Egypt Tokens?
Login to your online banking account
Visit ‘’Soft Token‘’ menu in My Information Tab
Select ‘’Soft Token Registration‘’ menu
Create a PIN of your choice in order to use it for generating one time password to complete your transactions
Registration code will be sent to your registered mobile number through SMS
How to Activate your Emirates NBD Egypt Tokens App?
Download “ENBD Egypt Tokens” Application available on Google Play & App Store
Open the application and enter the registration code you received
Enter your online banking user ID
Select ‘’Activate‘’ then enter the PIN you created on your online banking account
Congratulations! Your Token App is now active and ready for further transactions
How to use Emirates NBD Egypt Tokens App?
Upon performing a transaction that requires authentication, you will be asked to enter a One Time Password to complete your transaction.
Follow the below steps:
Open your Emirates NBD Tokens app
Select generate OTP
Enter your PIN code
One Time Password will be displayed
Enter the One Time Password displayed in the transaction to proceed
Make sure you enter a valid Token App PIN/One time Password to avoid Lockage
In case your Token App is locked, visit "Unlock Soft Token" menu in your online banking account In case your device that carries the Soft Token app is lost, please contact the call center on 16664 to block the Token App.
In case you found the lost device, contact the call center 16664 to unblock the Token
If you did not find the device and need to install the app on another device, please contact the call center 16664 to revoke your Token, then you will be able to re-register on another device.
In order to re-register, please delete the existing Token through “Delete Token” option in the application, then re-register.
